Okay, I saw this video on Youtube, where a woman cooks the national dish of Laos called Papaya salad. She adds raw crabs to the salad. Notice around 3 min 20 seconds in the video, you see the small crab is still moving I wonder how that tastes. Anyone ever tried this dish?
The first time I tasted it, was on a market in Vientiane, and I felt it was too spicy for me to ever enjoy. But I must have changed my taste since I arrived in Laos, because now I feel it is actually one of the best dishes in the Lao kitchen
