What about a simple baguette - Lao style?

Postby sas32 » Sat Sep 12, 2015 6:44 am

As a falang home can seem far away when travelling around Laos. But thanks to the French-Laos connection, vendors selling the well-known falang-friendly baguettes, are easily found on many street corners. The Lao people call the baguette "Khao Jee".

Enjoy :)

Yes...nothing like a baguette to make it through the day :)

The baguettes/sandwiches in Laos have a lot more taste than the ones I've tasted in Europe. And they will set you back only two dollars. Definetely a must-try, when you come to Laos.
